About travis issue

I saw what he posted, and i think Pen got it mistaken because travis didn't explain it properly.

Travis said that he paid some dude ( who is banned now for evading ) $50 to get 55 - 70 dungeoneering.

Next, the dude told travis after travis sent him the payment that he did not accept payment from a debit card or something ( whatever ).

the following day, travis did not manage to get the payment the dude wanted, and asked for a refund. the dude sent the refund as another payment, not as a refund. Next, travis tells the dude he didn't get a debit visa card. The dude appealed and lost.

in short....

1) travis sends dude money
2) dude sends travis money back as another payment
3) dude then appeals and tried to dispute the payment he sent to travis
4) dude fails.

so i think pen thinks it happened this way

1) travis sends dude money
2) dude refunds travis and sends travis another payment!?!?
3) travis keeps money, therefore he should refund it back to dude.

ok, this is really confusing, i'm not sure whether im the one mistaken instead!!!!!!

can someone help explain!?
