    About PayPal
    This is probably an incredibly stupid question but, do i NEED a credit card to use paypal? If not, how do i add funds to my paypal account? it just comes up with the option "Transfer Funds From a Bank Account in the United States" Or do i not need to add funds, can i just send money from my bank account through paypal to another person?

    About PayPal
    You do not need a credit card, nor do you have to live in america to use a bank account. I'm australian and I use a bank account for my paypal.
