    I used to have the Ab King, that was very easy to use. I then upgraded to the Ab King 'Pro', it is hard to lift and also gets stuck frequently.

    I don't even know exactly what it is, but I'm going to go ahead and say it's probably a waste of time. Abs are made in the kitchen.
