This report is for "Blackhat" Activities: Using software tools for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent. Punishment for these offences will be dealt with on case-by-case basis, but will most likely result in a permanent ban.

Link to his profile here. Link to his profile in other hacking-related forum, where he is already banned. The whole website is for Blackhat activities like selling hacks, usage of them, buying, etc., etc. illegal actions. So after his ban there, he came here.
