A Runescape Subforum

Hey. It's Jip here. I am just wondering how Sythe would do with an Achievements / Log posting section. For people who want to share their journey through Runescape with fellow sythe members.

The rules could be such as "All Runescape names must be bleeped, or you may be banned for being on a cheating site etc"

I am so keen to start a thread updating my skillers logs as I go along, and I hate zybez.net. The community just isn't like sythe.

Any pros / cons?

Thats what the Rs Pic and Vids section is for I think.

And I don't think there needs to be a rule about bleeping your user name as it your own risk to take not sythes responsibility.

 

You could just use the runescape pictures section
Also, Jagex can't see our site, so it's not a big deal if your name isn't bleeped.

 

I get confused though. If you put it there, it doesn't seem as though it fits. Yes there are pictures and possibly videos, but there is also information. I just don't think the Pictures / Videos section is where it should truly fit in.

 

There is no need to make another subforum as they would both end up dead.
Some people using Pics and Vids some using another section.
Seems pointless adding a new one when you already have a place to post this kind of thing.

 

Maybe if Sythe was to make it more clear that it was useable for Logs aswell? I am still quite confused. Lol

 

To creat a Log you need pictures. So its not hard to work out.

I cant understand how your confused thousands of people have posted there logs in the Pictures and Video section.

 

They can see it, but legally are forbidden from registering.

 

AS verts stated they can see it, hence why you should NEVER post a screenshot of your character on here, without it being bleeped. But yeah, I will certainly post a log in the Videos/Pictures thread. Thanks for the clarification.

 

I don't really think it's that big of a deal to have your name bleeped unless you're some SUPER AWESOME POPULAR runescape player, considering more than hundreds of thousands of accounts have been traded on Sythe, Jagex can't ban all of them.

Just use the Runescape Pictures and Videos section, perhaps change your suggestion to amend the name of that section or to include "Logs and Achievements" in the title of the subforum?
