    Okay, you shall ONLY PM me under these circumstances:

    You have the ability to create/design a website.
    You are an experienced website designer and can do almost anything, it isn't that hard.

    It could revolutionise RuneScape, and could make thousands in ad related investments.

    I will pitch the idea to anyone who I deem suitable.

    I am interested, but I doubt I could code the whole thing by myself, then again that does depend on the difficulty. If no one else PM's you and you need help, you can certainly PM me or add me on skype.
