    Ill bet you a dine that at LEAST 85% of people with 99 runecrafting botted it. Maybe not the whole way to 99 but some of it.

    Wait, wait, wait. THAT's low? I'm getting 13k/hr, granted im not using pouches but if I knew they were that much of an exp boost, I'd be using them.
