Our school computer are just crappy. They are slow and somewhat useless. So was our old server. So the school decided to eventually buy a new server (or upgrade it, dunno) and all that shit, now the fucking computers don't even work properly. The worst part is, it used to be slow to login, now it's even slower. Sometimes it takes over 5 minutes to start it up. On top of that, you want to start MS Word or something and it just gets stuck. There is also no clock in the taskbar en the internet connection is even crappier. For 4 weeks now, we haven't had 1 single fucking day with a steady connection, so we can't make work at school on the pc, we have to do it at home, which really cuts into my precious gaming time. My suggestion to the school is, GET A NEW FUCKING SERVER AND HIRE A MECHANIC THAT KNOWS SHIT ABOUT THAT DAMN SERVER!!!! I really feel like doing this, every time I sit behind those crappy computers.
Hahah, yeah the server for the computer lab at our school is pretty shitty. It pisses me off so damn much, it's slow as fuck. But on the other hand, the 8 computers in the library have XP and are loads better, no lag at all. Pisses me off though, we should be getting like 10 new computers and an updated server in the lab soon. I'm happy.
our computer lab recently got upgrade we all have brand new macs and the internet is pretty good so i cant really relate to this other than knowing the frustration of a slow computer
