    I've given my Steam details to this someone but he then claims that he is in India and his PayPal payment to me will take 30 minutes - 1 hour.
    Is it true that money from India sent to US via PayPal takes over 30 minutes? I don't see anything on my PayPal account that shows the money is being processed or such.

    Paypal to paypal are generally instant transactions, even with currency exchanging.
