A paypal question.

So this bitch sent me an invoice for 100$ for an item. Thing is, the item was never officially listen on ebay and I think this guy was a scammer. So in dispute a transaction, should I say I never received the item, or should I say I received the wrong item?

and if I say I didn't receive it, all they have to do is provide a fake shipping number and they will keep my money!
