a name section.

im pretty sure we are all tierd of the misc/lvl 3 skillers/lvl 3-59 character sections being spammed with lets say retarded names such as oboma fails or damn 9319 or something stupid. i think they need there own nooby little secontion so that the people selling accounts dont end up on page 5 in less than a hour. thanks - jake
