    Depends on your lvl, charms you have, cash you want to spend.

    bursting rock lobsters for the charms is the fastest way.
    you'll get a whole assortment of charms.

    It sucks that it's really the only super quick way to get it though :\ because of the fact that you have to collect charms.
    Once you have them you can just make w/e best pouch you can for max xp.

    making pouches if you're talking about how to train...
    I would go to giant rock/crabs rock lobsters for charms.
