    Just a 'Quicky' question, How long would 74 - 99 strength Take training at bandits OR spiders?

    Also which is quicker

    If your other stats are 70+ (def/attack) then you would probably get like 50k exp/hr and it would take around 230-260 hours.

    60 Defence 62 attack :/ I always Pot though..

    and how many hours and wich monster is betterrr

    99 Strength
    bandits since you can stay for awhile, use the noted food method and be sure to check often. Bandits can rape fast, especially with your low stats
