    What would be the best way to go about it and the quickest way?
    How much would 99 HP from barraging cost?
    How much would 99 HP from chinning cost?
    Which would be quicker?

    Chinning bro, at Ape Atoll dungeon, its crazy, if your not on a budget you could get 99 in about 1-2weeks max
    EDIT: but i couldnt tell you how much 99 hp would cost sorry bro.

    What that guy said ^ when you max str/def/att you also max hp so do that first.

    What would be the best way to go about it and the quickest way?
    How much would 99 HP from barraging cost? Go for 1 trip, do 10 barrages average the cost per xp then multiply by the xp left.
    How much would 99 HP from chinning cost? Go for 1 trip, do 1o chins average the cost per xp then multiply by the xp left.

    Which would be quicker? Barraging rock lobs would be MUCH faster xp. Also more expensive.
