By cooking Tuna all way, it's roughly 1.5M-2M for 99 Cooking and at around 105K xp/hr botting.

By cooking TROUT all way, it's roughly 1.5M-2M for 99 Cooking and at around 105K xp/hr botting.
^That's one of the cheapest and fastest ways.

Another way is (with cooking gauntlets):
    Lobsters 68>81
    Swordfish 81>90
    Monkfish 90>94
    Sharks 94>99
but that's also rather expensive :S

    Tuna to 78.
    Then lobsters till 92.
    Monkfish to 99.
    Another efficient way.

If you're botting and don't have a lot of cash to spend just do Trout to 78 and lobsters all the way.

*Remember you can sell the cooked fish on the G.E, use the cooked trout as junk since nobody really buys it, or sell to another account you might have money on.*

Tuna costs like 120 each, it's going to cost me nearly 20M to get 99 with tunas.

You can sell them afterwards. Even if you have trouble in the GE, you can sell them as valuable junk for as little as $0.10/mill.
