99 cape without 99?

Recently got an account and I was looking through the bank and I noticed it has 5 trimmed skill capes even though the account doesn't have any skills at level 99. Is this even possible?

 

Rollback, you won't be able to wear them.

 

The only way possible if the account was rolled backed in that skill lvl,
Check your inbox message's, I'm sure Fagex would of told you about something like that.

 

Must have been a long rollback because out of all the skills the highest is 93. The other 4 skills are 92

They rollback stats to either level 10 or half the exp of current skill's exp . This was definitely rolled back .

 

Yeah Mwahaha I had a prayer cape and mage cape in bank when I was level 10, it's just a simple rollback.

 

Would be so mad if my main would've rolled back.
He got banned for 2 weeks once already.

 

My account got rolled back wearing the dt robes a gs and a prayer sc. I guess they don't unequip them? But im definitely not taking them off
( I got all stats rolled back to 10)

 

I thought Jagex does take everything off when you get rolled back to prevent this

 

The account was caught botting and Jagex rolled back all of the stats. The skillcapes are still there but you won't be able to use them.

And no Jagex removes things such as firecapes and turmoil so that you don't benefit from getting rolled back

 

I didn't get a PM when one of my accounts got reset

but @OP yeah a reset is the only explanation for that. XP at 99 is twice that at 92 so when a stat that's barely over 99 gets halved it will go to 92.
