Based on those definitions, I wouldn't say that I'm addicted.

 

Well If I think about going on the internet when I am out, I suppose I may have a slight addiction.

My schedule consists of getting up at 3pm and playing until 6 am everyday.

 

I also get home in the afternoon at 4PM and play until 9;30PM.

I wouldn't say I was addicted. I spend all my free time on the internet, however that does not mean to say I am addicted to it. I could quite easily live my life without it, but I'd probably be bored a lot more often.

 

Normally yes, recently with homework and especially basketball I don't have time to focus or do as much work as I would hope to on the internet but I do use it enough to say I am probably addicted. :/

 

I think I have a reasonable mix of activities that I participate in. I generally only play video games and internet games for 2 hours tops per day. The rest of my time is devoted to work, school, sport and hanging with my friends. It was a problem once for me though. Around 2 years ago I was obsessed with RuneScape. I'd be playing it for around 4-5 hours a day and be trying to sneak up to play it at night.

You need to define what you mean by 'addiction'. If addiction means being on the computer for a few hours every day of the week, then yeah, I am.

If it means being on the Internet to live, I'd say no (although it'd be really hard).

 

Summed up what I was trying to say with better wording. I don't think I rely on it, although I suppose I can't really say until I've tried it. I think to start with I'd often be very bored and frustrated, but after a while I'd get used to it I guess. :love:

Well since the definition has changed a bit I will change my answer. I don't need the internet and I have gone days and weeks with out it but I enjoy using it and would be quite bored a lot of the time. Either that or I would have like all A+ in school.

 

It is pretty easy to get addicted to online games, the whole point of them is to cater to your ideal definition of fun. We'd all rather be doing things that are fun, than things that aren't.

 

I use the internet for communication, and to do things to pass the time.

So it obviously fills up most of my time.

Especially when the weather it is soo bad (snowed in nearly in Scotland).
