they cant because they cant prove who the ppl are. but paypal.. i payed a dude 80 for a 5 dig and got ripped and won the dispute thru paypal and they cant retrieve my money cause the guy withdrew all of the fkiin money. this shit sucks man i just wanna sell some of my last accounts and be done with it and i keep getting ripped by these assholes.. if anyone tries to sell you an account 0:0:2829018 you know it was stolen from me..
