$5k charge back

Last night I had a total of $5k in disputes on Paypal.

When I asked the person (Who doesn't use sythe but is a major buyer, have sold upwards 50b to them over last 9 months -- They're trusted), they said their paypal got limited.

There was also another $260 charge back from somone who uses sythe (Very trusted as well) and they said their paypal got limited as well.

Both of these are in the same night. Is anyone else having troubles with paypals getting limited and thus being charged back? I'm assuming Paypal just did a major crack down, because it's weird two completely different people charge me back in the same night (When i havnt had a paypal dispute in months).

Also if for some reason the person who had their paypal limited doesn't help me/refund me, anyone got any tips on disputing charge backs dude to paypal limitations.
