5G

I still use 3g on my iphone 4s.
It hasnt been long since LTE-A came out, but a 1000 times faster 5G is coming out already.

With LTE-A, you could download a 800mb movie in 40 seconds.
With 5G, it would only take one.

What do you guys think? Discuss!

S Korea investing in R&D. Interesting, but not "coming out already".

 

Whats the point of having fast internet (4g LTE,5G) when there is a bandwidth cap?

I don't have internet on my phone only because I would seriously use large amounts of data including tethering !

 

You can never have enough data on a cell trust me

 

This is true, you can never have too much.

Personally, I am looking to upgrade my cell phone soon. I'll certainly look into this.

 

Not really into the whole tech specs of phones, whats a Iphone 5s comparing to other phones? (i'm about to get one)

Unlimited data plans for LTE-A cost around $100 in S.Korea
If I can download a movie in less than 5 seconds, then $100 isn't expensive at all IMO.

I don't own one, but people tell me that they're nice optimized phones.
(note: I've been told that the fingerprint reader gets old quickly)
