    You'd add the 9+3 first, then multiple it by two. Which is 24, 48÷24 = 2.

    You do whats in the parenthesis first, so even if you are using pemdas it's still 288. Multiplication has no precedence over division.

    The answer is 2, you have to do 2(12) first because there is no multiplication sign separating the 2 and the 12.

    24*12=288

    Do parentheses first, then move left to right. PEMDAS could be written as PEMDAS, PEDMAS, PEMDSA, or PEDMSA, as addition has no precedence over subtraction, and division has no precedence over multiplication. We just say "PEMDAS" since it's pronouncable
