    It's not stolen as it's inactive. Exactly the same way everyone else gets them.

    I would not recommend buying this account. The seller most likely recovered it using a HL1 key and is not giving ownership of it, which he can easily take account back with. Or, he does have the OE and is lying about it. But I'm sure this man is too dumb to be able to recover 4 digit with only OE and no other PoP. Also everyone do get account from stolen. It is just against Sythe policy so it follow law and such. This guy is well known for being dumb. Watch out bros :D

    Are you stupid? The profile wasn't set up and it has been inactive since 2003. Not stolen. OE is unnessecary, you can't bring back an account with access to the original email. I know the email but I do not have access to it.
