    Kayle is like Kassadin. If they get ahead, they're broken, if behind, useless. Both have insane roaming ability and amazing burst damage. (Well, did.)
    They're hard to nerf. Either you completely ruin them, or they're overpowered. It's just how the kits work.

    In order to "nerf kayle" they need to change/rework her E. As long as she can farm from however far away and create so much pressure, she's still going to be broken.

    They can either:
    Rework her E
    or increase her E cooldown by an ass load. By end game kayle can keep E up close to forever, which is stupid.
