"3 strikes"

I just want to know what 3 strikes... I know I got ONE infraction for "Back seat modding", never a second, or now a third. If I was banned for calling 'difusco' a scammer when I know him in real life and know for a fact he doesnt have the acounts he says he does, I was preventing scamming and limiting the reports YOU get.
