even still can be banned, maybe not as quick though, rs3 recognizes a one click = 1 input, thus it notices when a mouse or track pad has been operated and returns an input. Hence why even hot keys can get you banned in some instances.

Yeah autoclickers are usually high ban rate... I've used them in the past and got muted rather than banned. You need one that does stuff like screen rotation and random clicks on the skills tab, emote etc. every so often so it looks like you are a real person lol

 

not sure about your experience but banrates for autoclickers are low for me. just make sure to not autoclick for like more than 8hrs

 

If you auto you are basically asking for a ban. Clicking isn't hard just do it yourself.
