2 Step Authenticator Removal

Hello,

Is it possible to remove the 2-Step Authenticator from my account? I purchased a new phone and done a data transfer and I lost all my authenticator details + I can't find the screenshot I took of the long code provided once you set it up. So now I'm locked out and I'm getting messages.

I can confirm all the discord details and email details associated with the account. I'm currently abroad for around a month, so IP won't match.

Sorry I am posting a duplicate post to reset the 2FA on my account as I have lost access. Just noticed there is a template to be filled out to help with the process of removing 2FA.
Just a quick summary - I lost access to my account (Ugnius) because I changed to a new mobile and lost the 2FA codes stored during the data transfer. I also don't have the long number anywhere, as I had cleaned my computer a while back.

Template:

• Make sure you're posting your request from a home IP (Currently abroad, so IP won't match but will be back to my home address next week)
• Recovery phone number (If applicable)
• Recovery phrase [Redacted]
• Current registered email address - [Redacted]
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present - Discord UIQ (Matches the account as discord is registered) 640357098970021918 / JuniorShard#9388
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount - [Redacted]

I have now returned back home and at my original IP address.

Please advise on what to do next.
