What is C&C (paypal)?

I've gathered MM means middle man, what is OMM?

c&c is credit card i believe and OMM is official middle man

C&C is when you send a paypal payment, claim the money back but cancel the claim, so the money is permanent on the receiver's account. This action has been replaced by the "personal gift" option in sending cash on paypal.com.

C&C is claim and cancel, a method on PayPal when you send the money, claim it back, then cancel the claim. This ensures the person on the other end that you cannot claim your money back. OMM is Official Middle Man
