It's not any of those things...

It's basically a "Mature people forum"
However I do not support it, because it is 100% irrelevant.

 

It would have to be blocked from users not verified as 18 (unregistered users), so it is the second one

It would have to be a secluded forum (18+), so it is a VIP forum/invite forum

 

There are registered users that are under 18...

And also, if I am not mistaken, aren't there hidden forums for donors? At least one...

And like I said... I am not in support of this suggestion.

 

You are not getting my point.
Sythe would HAVE to hide the forum from unregistered users, as we cannot assume they are all over 18. Automatically putting it on the DNS list.

Secondly, it would be a VIP forums because some people could view it and not others. Sure, there are currently VIP forums of a sort (OMM, L Staff, U Staff, Admin, UE, Donator), but it is still on the DNS list, just as their are already staff but more staff is on the DNS list.
