Live your life, hang out with your friends, drink socially, eventually you will mature/learn when a girl is attracted to you and you will act on it.

Couldn't put it better. I've had on and off things with girls since I was about 13, little thing which were completely meaningless.
I'm 18 so am still very young, but the person who I am seeing now (much more serious than any previous relationship I've been in) lives the door opposite me in University halls.

I've had quite some gf's when i was 16-18, now that I'm 20 I feel more free and that maybe explains why I'm single for past 2 years haha

You're still young. Don't force yourself into a girl just because everyone else is doing it. My current girlfriend, for over 2 years now, is the girl all my class used to pick on, because she licked a mate of ours. I stopped acting like a dick, she noticed, we met and bit later we got together to this very day. Best relationships just happen.
