You could try using bullet points for your T&C's. Other than that I don't see what is wrong with it. If you still don't like it you could pay someone to make graphics for your thread, but personally I think graphics are unnecessary.
personally i hate it when people put vouches with a picture... maybe make a seperate thread and link? besides, its prettygood
