Personally, i dont know 1227.
He just added me to do some trades, but due to he was banned, iv been reading threads about this case, so im not just talking random shit or spamming.

For what iv seen on threads, the user 1227 was banned for recovering an account. This its really hard to prove due to maybe he recovered, maybe the buyer sold to another person, maybe the buyer just lost the account information or i dont know there are many posibilities.

The proof used to report its a chat log, on that chat log 1227 says that he is the original owner of the account, and he gives the recovering information for the account.

Pen said that the account doesnt match the account, and 1227 isnt the original owner of the account so basically he is responsabile for this and he deserves to be banned.

Maybe 1227 scammed, maybe 1227 recovered the account, maybe 1227 isnt the original owner of the account , and maybe 1227 gave fake information, and maybe that chat log is real.
But the only proof on this problems is a chat log. I know, this has been discussed many times, but i need to quote it again.

On my eyes (of course im not admin/mod and i dont have the power on my hands), thats everything.



On the other side, what if that chat log is fake ?
I have seen great photoshop masters on the GFX section who can easily edit this, i suck at GFX, but yeah i can edit a pic like that, even my 10 years old sister can do it.

I dont know if he is guilty or not, and its not my problem, but thing is that i have seen reports with more proof that that, and those idiots are still here, or they scammed a lot more before getting a ban. I reported a guy a few weeks ago, a lot of proof, and all i asked was a TWC, and nothing, and this guy gets banned with poor proof ???

Pen is an admin, but also a respected user on this forum, and i know im nobody to mistrust his decision, but due to this is a little fishy ( maybe because 1227 wants to make this looks fishy) i realy think that this case should be carefully reviewed and discussed by other staff members, of course Pen's opinion should be included on the final decision.
Sometimes you just need to see the first picture ona report to recognize a scammer, but this is a special case, and requires special attention.
1227 wasnt a random leecher, he had reputation, so this shouldnt be taken as a random " Report a Scamer" case.

Pen as everyone on this forum is a person , and can make mistakes.

Maybe the ban wont be lifted, maybe 1227 will be back on the forum soon, but all im asking as a lowly forum user its a fair trial.

Because this can happen to anyone, a random noob tries to scamm, you pwn him with your anti-scammer abilityes, he gets pissed, then he just reports you with fake info.
