Explanation of the trade: Original terms of trade were $260 USD for 1 Billion OSRS GP.
How they scammed: Money was sent, and they claimed to never have recieved it. Various calls to Paypal as well as through Paypals messaging system, showed on their end that the Paypal account specified by 11enermax did receive said cash. He continued to claim he had not, and continued to not deliver on said sale.

First of all can the name in the pictures be disclosed? It's private information.

*Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: Posting someone's information such as private emails, private social media accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. without explicit consent from that person will result in a 1 month ban and a DNT.


Secondly, my account on Paypal has been locked due to suspicious activity. I contacted Paypal and as for now I can't access my account. As soon as/if I get access again and the money is indeed in my account I will refund it immediately. If I don't get access to my account anymore I won't hold myself liable and if a ban is the result than so be it.

 

As for now my Paypal account will remain locked as replied by Paypal so you can close this thread. If I get access again and the funds are in my account I will refund it though.
