10hp 99str

hey, i was going to try and get 99 str (obv won't) and have 10hp. i would do this by barbarian fishing, but you need 15 strength to start. any ideas on how to get 15 strength without advancing a hitpoint level?

i have got 11 strength 1 attack and 10hp at the moment, 70 fishing. i need 4 more strength levels to start except i have run out of ways of getting it.

so far i have used the 2X 250 exp from the guy that talks about dragons in lumbridge.
i have also used the 2X 500exp lamps from stronghold of safety.

i cant do the diary ones because for easy i have to have done priest in peril and that gets me prayer exp.

Utilize the exp lamps from the lumbridge / draynor diary.

 

I got two experience lamps from finishing a runescape quiz. It was located by these barbarian people.

 

get some genie lamps/books of knowledge

 

Get the 2 exp lamps from lumbridge dungeon (the end of the "new" tut island, which got removed.)

Get the 2 exp lamps from the Stronghold of Safety

Genie lamps

Books of Knowledge (School random)

Penguin Hunt

Lumbridge/Draynor Achievement Diary (not sure, but Tgump said so, so heh )

I used the halloween 2008 event for mine.
I know it's hard, but just skill till you get enough genie lamps and such to get 15 strength, where you will fish to max 40 strength, until you find out that 99 will take WAY too long.
Why didn't you do it to defence? 13 combat with full rune is so awesome!

 

or get to pest control (get the cb req with magic) then build cades.

The new X-Mas quest gives a 500xp lamp too I think

 

You can always do Waterfall quest.

 

you can do pc by repairing the baricades for points instead of attking.

 

That requires 40 cmb

 

Lamps from lumbridge caves,
Lamps from stronghold of security,
Books + Lamps from randoms...
Train the rest, shoudnt level your hp.

And also, remember to keep retaliate off

As said above, there should be enough XP from the Lamps from lumbridge, edgeville etc
