In the event that he posts screenshots to accompany this and it's found that he is legitimately owed money (note i'm near positive he's faked reports before and it may not be a legitimate claim), none of the money should be given back to him. Not a cent. With a bit of digging he has a list of victims a mile long via impersonating several well known users, which I have evidence of and have reported a number of times.
