I never scammed on DreamBot. I was just banned for being toxic.

All OSBot scams are resolved and so too are the Sythe ones.

It's all confirmed via Sythe already, The SYSM guy and the two dedicated servers guys. Then all refunds confirmed too.

Now It's just the odd order where they're not replying.

I believe it's to do with waiting on confirmation, as "pending" stuff cannot be taken as completed, regardless of the situation. It's the same as when you see ban appeals, they have to wait for updates, and those can take weeks.

The pending is nothing to do with the situation, everything is resolved. The pending is all order related business that really is not applicable to the situation.
The refunds are due to our TOS and the flexibility we have with customers who don't want to risk their accounts, which is understandable after several disputes opening in a few days.

For example March 9th we've had order waiting for account.
Another example March 21st waiting for account
Another example April 20th waiting

You can put it how you want really Cena, what the problem is here - Let's say they refund you the funds from gilded then the people don't get their "pending" refunds, why should that be allowed to happen? By all means ,I do feel people should update things more often, but it is part of how things work.

ok you have a point, I think more communication with Sythe staff is necessary to move forward.

Also refunded close to $3k now, I don't see how $150 can suddenly become an issue.

Scamming is scamming, refunds are refunds, it doesn't matter if it's $0.01 or $1M, still owed >.<, it's annoying I know but happens.
