Same I called my bank and paypal to see if anything is up, they said my account hasn't been blocked or limited by security measures. I'm guessing some thing is wrong with player auctions system? because I bought stuff over $200 before last month or so.

Same with me I've been trying to pay them using skrill and paypal, both are payment failed even though I have more than enough money.
