I believe you get what you pay for, I took the chance and bought the pet and I ended up with nothing. I believe UCNeopets was a member on here that was previously banned for scamming as well after reviewing my paypal.

Also PetMaster is "Possible" on another site who was banned for scamming.

I have already talked with Champ, they are selling hacked accounts obtained by unregistered emails
