I emailed playerauctions about one of my orders, they said they did not refund the buyer, and that i will get a disbursement.

Are playerauction disbursements bugged? The last 3 orders where the buyer did not confirm delivery that were closed automatically after 72 hours all have Disbursement Status: order closed unsuccessfully - buyer fully refunded. This started happening yesterday.
