I've done 3 deals with these guys, selling SWTOR credits each time. Each time I have been paid the agreed fee within a reasonable period of time. I'm not disputing your claim that they scam, but it sure would be nice if you could show some links with some evidence.

+1 for these guys. Just did an ingame currency sale transaction with them last night. Great communication via IM, clear instructions, fair prices. Payment took a few hours to arrive, but it did arrive.

Haven't a clue. I've never bought or sold before. It's clearly against the rules, so do it at your own risk, obviously. I certainly wouldn't recommend moving a large number of credits (multiple millions) in one transaction or in a short amount of time.
