Is it possible to use the recoverys as a way in getting the account back if they have been deleted off the account?

Cause i bought the account from rs2gold.com and got the email, and changed it to mine but i feel like they can still recover it and not allow me back on it. They have told me that it is 100% safe, yet i have found out through the message on the account that they have made 4 email changes since...

But aslong as i have the email registered i will always be able to recover the account correct? Or is there a way if someone knew all my information could the email be deleted?
