I've heard plenty of times that PayPal would never take money from your CC/Bank without your permission.

Wow, wtf? Why so aggresive? And I doubt PayPal would sell my "debt" to a local agency, since, as I said, PayPal has no relation with my country, other than its website.

PayPal has no connection nor relation with my country.

But I'm not from USA.

Why do you have to pay back? Otherwise, what happens?

My account is not verified and it's limited at the moment, but i'll link my CC today... the thing is, I had $900 dollars on it by selling Rsgp, but now I have $500 dollars since the buyer is saying that the payments were unauthorized, but w/e. My question is: after linking my CC into my PP...

What money will I get at the end? o_O The one that it was taken from the scammer?
