yes, paypal is my payment method.. im saying i cant pay for RS w/ paypal.. i can buy pins and apply tho.

for what i know, i can use anything besides a linked paypal.

thats the problem.. i cant. when you pay w/ paypal and then it bounces cuz u spend it all.. they take away credit from you. once you pay it off with a credit card.. you no longer can choose that option.
