I mean, you need something to send money with, you need something to load money onto the paypal account. You can't just have $20 appear on your paypal. They require a credit card or a bank account to get money onto the paypal, dont they?

Thanks for the reply so quickly. Because, as I stated, they wouldn't let me, they think computer games are a waste of time and would say No downright if I asked them to spent real life money for Runescape stuff, and I can't do it without their permission, would show up on their bill.
