You could always throw 5-10m into managing miscellania if you don't mind teleporting there every few days to keep your favour at 100%, it's not a get rich quick scheme but it requires little to no effort. You can check the most profitable selections on the wikia which to my knowledge is updated...

I don't know in-depth game mechanics but what about the accuracy of your max hit as it surpasses your 'max hit level'. You could also consider the skill cape benefits and whether you think it's worthwhile for your situation or not.
