Bumping this. After the long process of going through 3 appeals, the account was unlocked. The password is currently in my possession, and I'm awaiting payment before ceding the account (which now lacks recoveries).

I'm still in touch with him over MSN, complications have sprung up because his IP address is on the other side of the world and Jagex apparently doesn't like that.

Confirming trade in progress, details were given, awaiting payment now.

Having seen the other going rates for similar characters, I'd say at least 200$ USD.
