I would of just addressed that particular worker instead of punishing everyone. If you want to have a term preventing workers from slacking you can have one that requires a minimum of 6-8 efficient hours per day, for example.

Most service providers state on their TOS that if you order from them the order must go through themselves / their discord / their ticket system / their website. With this term they wouldn't be liable for outside scams, so it wouldn't matter if the worker also works outside of the server. I...
