Which email? The login email or the registered email?
The only scenarios in which Jagex can have doubts about who is the owner are these:
1. You create the account while using a VPN
2. You create the account in a different country than where you live and a week later you come back to your home...
If you create the account from home, Jagex will obviously have a record of the location/IP and ISP in which the account was created in. It's irrelevant if you then play for a week or if you just complete tutorial island and then log out. Jagex knows where the account was created and who the owner is
Yes, this specific account that I saw online is a tutorial ready account which is unregistered and comes with an Outlook email. So basically I have 2 questions:
1. This account only comes with login details (login email and password) and no character created, right? But are these accounts...
Yes, it's never safe because the original owner can recover it. So to sum it up: you bought it as a legacy account, imported it to a jagex account that you created and a year later the original owner recovered it? Did you buy it directly from the original owner? And did you have more characters...
And this happened a year after you imported the character into a Jagex account? Because you bought it as legacy account and then imported it into a Jagex account, right?
I was looking for some tutorial island accounts and I found out that there are some kind of tutorial ready accounts. Do these accounts only come with a login email and password but not the character created? Some of them even come with an email (outlook) but it's not registered to the account...
Is the login email of a legacy account considered the original email? I thought that if a legacy account got locked, the password reset email would go to the registered email
I know that this post is over 3 months old but why are you trying to "recover" an account that you didn't create? Do you want to give a little bit more context?
