I'm just curious if it comes out of the money paid for a plan, as in you have $60 worth of texts, and the $11 comes off that $60.

After searching for a week, I've yet to find out how an SMS membership appears on the bill. I heard that having a limited texting plan covers it, but I'm not sure. Or atleast, it takes money from the plan. AKA, you have dollar texting, and it takes the money off as texts. If that's true...
