I don't know where you're getting that statistic, but I don't really care. You can pay 2-4 per million for an illegitimate seller. That's fine with me, but I would suggest that you pay the normal asking price (which is what I asked for) when buying np. :sick:

I have no idea what they are exactly, but $3 per million is way to low. Most of the websites like http://buyneopoints.org sell a million np at a going rate of $6.97 or others for around $6-8 per million. I assure you that my deals for 1, 2, and 3 million are great though. :D
