I've done quite a bit of research, rsbots does have the lowest ban rate, Though that isn't saying the other ones aren't low too. So i guess if you want to bot 8 hours a day I'd recommend rsbots. But if you're fine botting maybe 5 hours a day then go ahead and get the cheaper version. This is...

I'm using the rsbots bot WITH breaks (which is reccomended) and I'm getting 240k gp/h with 11.5kxp/h at level 74 runecrafting. Hopefully that gives you an idea of how long it will take. Also it's recommended to do double astrals at level 82-91 for way more money and i believe more xp as well...
